This Indenture was between Thomas Middlebrook and Richard Charlesworth. Other names mentioned are William Carter, Samuel Scholefield, Ross Mortimer and witnessed by Samuel Stables, Benjamin Fernley and John Lobley. This Indenture goes back to 1746.
